The intial release of the game was unfortunately plagued with various gameplay and visual bugs, such as characers getting stuck in various areas, missing audio cues, broken animations, typos in the subtitles etc. Some of the famous examples included the "time-travelling Mr Ashmann" - a younger version of Stefano stalking Jen with a gun could reappear in the following cutscene.[1] The major gamebreaking bugs have been fixed with the latest patches and are no longer present in the current version.[2]
At one point it was possible to grab the fire extinguisher early in the game and use it on other stalkers (no longer present in the current build)[3].
Jennifer always walks with her arm bended even in the flashbacks where she doesn't have a cast.
